What We Offer for Your Children:
Kidz Praize (K-5th):
Sing praise to the Lord all you people! This is a time of worship for our kindergarteners through fifth graders in the Early Education Center on Sunday mornings. We start our time together with a fun game to get us involved. We sing loud songs to God with motions so our whole body praises Jesus. Raising hands, singing, cheering and having fun are all important components. God calls us to praise Him. How we do it is up to each person. After worship children are dismissed to their classrooms for Kidz Kingdom, a time of studying God’s word and sharing in a small group.
Nursery - Birth through Age 3
Our facility offers a chance for you to enjoy any of the worship services in complete peace and assurance that your child is being well taken care of by highly qualified adult volunteers. Their role is to nurture and interact with your child so that their experience is a great one, too! We provide Cheerios for the older ones (with permission) and ask that you label your child’s juice cup and diaper bag.
During the 9:30 service, the two and three year olds also participate in a fun activity, such as a short Bible story with a coloring page.
PreK and Kindergarten
If you have a preschooler or a kindergartner who loves to sing and make music, draw and create awesome crafts, and have a fun time learning about Jesus – you’ve come to the right place! Every class time begins with prayer and songs - complete with their own individual musical instruments! Here at Kidz Kingdom we treasure our time with these children teaching them about the Lord through interactive Bible stories that we then connect to their own daily lives. After their lesson, they love creating their crafts to take home to remind them of the truths they learned from the Bible. Our teachers are highly qualified caring individuals who have a gift for working with this age group. So no matter what service you decide to come to, know that your child is being shown that loving and knowing Jesus is fun and exciting!
1st-5th Grade
We welcome you and your elementary aged children to our Kidz Kingdom program! We go out of our way to make your child feel important here at Red Lion. While you are enjoying your time in the worship service, your child will be learning stories about Jesus and the Bible. And there is nothing ordinary about our lessons! We keep things fresh and exciting for your children by offering them opportunities to “act out” God’s Word through skits and plays. In addition, the crafts, games and hands-on activities are always a hit! We also give students a chance to be involved in giving back to others and impacting our region for Christ through mission projects. Here at Kidz Kingdom we are proud of our group of dedicated volunteers who are highly qualified to teach your children.
Drop off and Pick up Policy
For health reasons if your child has been sick with a fever, diarrhea or vomiting within the past 24 hours, please do not leave your child with our volunteers. All children are to be signed in by an adult for their safety and security and your peace of mind. This same adult should be the pick up person at the end of the night. Children with allergies or medical conditions are given a special sticker that allows our volunteers to readily identify them and keep them safe. We also offer a unique paging system for infants thru Pre K. The pager will vibrate, so please hold or wear the pager at all times which allows us to contact you should we have any questions regarding your child. The pagers also serve as our security system. Children are only given to the adult who signed them in and has the corresponding pager at pick up.
